- What helps you get through the day?
- I take a deep breath in… Exhale and “OKAYYY” myself and then move on to the next task at hand. This gets done approximately every 30 -40 minutes.

- Definitely no sugar!

- CAT person.

- No, not a NIGHT OWL - my level of energy runs out around 5 pm… Then I spin for 2.5 hours to get things done with kids’ homework, food, breaking up of arguments between a 5 and 7year old. Amazed at the things that they come up with- NO FILTERS Try and have a decent conversation with Frans while they eat. When 7.30 comes I’m done!
